Weekly radio check-in: GMRS at 8 PM, ACS (ham) at 7 PM @ Seattle (citywide, various locations)

If you have either a ham or a GMRS radio, we invite you to listen and/or participate in our ongoing emergency radio network check-in every Monday evening. It only takes a few minutes and it’s fun!

The ACS/ham check-in begins at 7 PM.

The GMRS (used for our hub-to-hub radio communications) check-in begins at 8 PM.  On 1st, 3rd and 5th Mondays we start on channel 1, then channel 6.  On 2nd and 4th Mondays, we start on channel 4, then move to channel 2.  Channel 1 is designated as the primary channel for West Seattle; during an emergency,  listen for us there.
